My favorite Spanish underwear model, Aitor Mateo, that I sketched/painted as a gift for his birthday because he’s an inspiration to draw. I sent him a copy through Facebook, but I have no idea if or when he’ll get it. Either way, I enjoyed recreating him in my style at the very least. First it was sketched on paper, then painted over in grey-scale with photoshop, then colors were overlayed onto it. There are a few aspects of it that I’d like to retry, I said no to myself and settled on this. If I’m going to try again, it’ll be with a different photograph and sketch.
